TT700/TIME2170
The TT700/TIME2170 is a precision ultrasonic wall thickness gauge for measurements in various materials such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, glass, ceramics, plastics, and more. This is made possible by setting the sound velocities.
The ergonomically shaped TT700/TIME2170 ultrasonic wall thickness gauge offers high performance in a lightweight, handy package. Its greatest advantage is the measurement range from 0.15 to 20.00 mm (steel plates), where other measuring devices are already out of reach.
Properties
- Measuring range from 0.15 to 20.00 mm (steel plate)
- Easy keyboard operation
- Integrated calibration plate
- Measurements in various materials
- Measurement display in mm or inch
- Display resolution in 0.001 or 0.01 mm
- Velocity detection and Single point calibration
- Three working modes: I-E Pulse-Echo, E-E Echo-Echo or AUTO
- PC transfer for data processing and printing possible
- Special settings such as alarm sounds, display backlight or automatic shutdown after 2 minutes available
- Displaying, saving and deleting data
Applications
By using wall thickness gauges, materials that are exposed to corrosion or erosion can be monitored, ensuring the safe use of, for example, a pressure vessel.
