Hardness tester TIME®5301
Leeb hardness tester TIME®5301 with memory and integrated printer

TIME®5301

The TIME®5301 hardness tester is a dynamic Leeb rebound hardness tester that is particularly well suited for testing the hardness of large, hard metal parts. It stores 48 to 350 groups of data, and the RS232 connector allows the data to be stored and analysed further. This makes it a particularly cost-effective solution for normal hardness measurement.

With seven optional impact devices, almost all ferrous and non-ferrous metals can be tested, because the device identifies the respective impact device automatically. The standard impact device type D is included in the scope of delivery. In addition, measurement is possible in any direction (360°).

The display shows all important values at a glance, and upper and lower limits can be preset with a sound alarm. The integrated printer also prints the readings directly, so that you can document the results immediately.

Features of the TIME®5301

  • simple menu-guided operation
  • conversion of the common hardness scales (HL, HV, HB, HRC, HRB, HRA, HS) as well as conversion into tensile strength
  • matrix display with backlight showing all important values and information
  • memory for 48 to 350 groups of data
  • upper and lower limits can be preset, with sound alarm
  • RS232 connector for data storage and further analysis
  • In addition, the device identifies 7 optional impact devices automatically; the standard impact device type D is included in the scope of delivery.
  • measuring direction 360°
  • The integrated printer prints the readings directly, so that you can document them immediately.
  • The device also has a charge indicator and easy battery replacement.

Applications of the TIME®5301

  • hardness testing of large, hard metal parts
  • fast, mobile hardness testing directly on site
  • storage and analysis of the measured data via the RS232 connector
